UC San Diego celebrated Advisor Week during NACADA’s Global Advising Week May 4-8. Thank you to everyone who led events and to those who participated!

2025
Our first UC San Diego Advisor Week was held during NACADA’s Global Advising Week (April 28 – May 2, 2025). The week included several events to recognize advisors and exchange ideas.
- SIO Pier Tours, led by Professor Geoff Cook
- Summer Session Drop-in Session, with swag provided by our Summer Session partners
- Farmer's Market Lunch Meet-up, planned by the UAAC Social & Morale Committee
- Team Trivia, hosted by IDEA Center Director Jackie Duerr. The competition was fierce, and the Seventh Slayers pulled off the victory!
- Fallen Star tours at the Jacobs School of Engineering
- Coffee with the New College, courtesy of Alex Reyes' barista skills and Eighth College's hospitality
- Craft Center Ceramic Tile Glazing with a creative crew
- Social Hour at Regent's Pizzeria, planned by the UAAC Social & Morale Committee
