Searching for Course Options

Here are some resources to help you along the way:

Major Advising Pages (MAPS) are major-specific study abroad resource pages designed to help you find a program that fits within your academic major or area of interest. Search the Major Advising Pages (MAPs) for your major.

Visit Study Abroad Programs by Department and College to see which study abroad programs similar students have chosen. Keep in mind, this list is not exhaustive and has UCEAP, Global Seminars, other UC international programs, and non-UC programs listed. Please refer to each program page for more information.

The UC San Diego Campus Credit Abroad database (Last updated in 2022) helps students identify what types of credit (major, minor, general education, electives) UC San Diego students have received in the past for courses taken on UCEAP programs. Students must still speak to their department and college advisors to review the courses and petition if needed.

UCEAP and Global Seminars also have helpful search engines to assist with finding classes and programs.
