Colleges

Two colleges require language courses as part of their general education (GE) curriculum. All other colleges have GE options that language courses could fulfill.
  • Revelle – proficiency required for all students
  • Eleanor Roosevelt – proficiency required for all students
  • Muir – options for Language Other Than English GE
  • Marshall – options for Disciplinary Breadth GE
  • Warren – options for Program of Concentration or Area Studies
  • Sixth – options for Narrative, Aesthetic, and Historical Reasoning GE
  • Seventh – options for Humanities GE
  • Eighth – options for Humanities GE
